Step 2: Design and 3D Modeling
Our designers translate your ideas into detailed 3D CAD models. You will receive renderings from multiple angles and can request revisions until every detail is perfect. This digital prototype lets you see exactly how light will interact with the stones and how the piece will sit on your hand.
Step 3: Wax Model and Approval
For complex designs, we create a physical wax model using precision 3D printing. You can try it on, feel the proportions, and approve the final design before we cast in precious metal.
Step 4: Casting and Stone Setting
Your approved design is cast in your chosen metal using the lost-wax method. Our master setters then hand-set each stone with microscopic precision. Every prong is checked, every surface polished.
Step 5: Quality Inspection and Delivery
